Quick Reference Guide to Frequently Asked Questions

Need to know what insurances we accept? Click "Patient Info" for a list of accepted plans. We accept most plans in Imperial County. If you don't see your insurance plan on our list, email our billing department at connie@elcentrodermatology.com and ask if your plan is available. Include a copy of your insurance card (front and back) and we will check for you.

Have a dermatologic emergency?  Please dial 911.

Have an urgent dermatologic issue? Please call your nearest Urgent Care facility during our non-business hours otherwise call us and we will try to get you in as quickly as possible.

Need an appointment for a non-urgent matter?  Please click BOOK NOW to schedule an online appointment. If you have an HMO, you need a referral and authorization from your primary care provider before we can see you.  Please be sure to submit all information requested. You can also call us to make an appointment at 760-337-8500.

Need a prescription refilled? If your last visit was greater than 6 months ago, you will need to schedule an appointment to renew the prescription. Otherwise please call or email us.
